Great HubSpot integration but poor support and confusing interface makes it hard to recommend
After a few weeks of usage, still couldn't test SMS. Great integrations with HubSpot, but not very intuitive UI and UX.
Integration of contracts with HubSpot is seamless. The SMS template looks awesome (still need to test it). AI Agent phone response is natural.
1) Couldn't get a solid help and support from Justcall team to get 10DLC approval. 3 weeks in the process so far and still not approved. 2) The voicemail or voicecall transcripts are not added to the timeline of notes of Contacts in HubSpot and you need to click on links and go find them - not easy to use. Not intuitive at all. 3) Call notes in Contact Notes in HubSpot is too much information; Hard to read and not easily browsable. 4) text and call timeline for a single contract is not easy to follow. When I look at my phone texts, for a contact, I see what was the conversation, did I miss a call from them and details of voicemails I received. I expected Justcall show me timeline like what I have on my android call app on my phone. (See Google voice for a good example). In General, lot's of integration but UI is not intuitive. Looking into other Call Apps at the moment

Professional SMS handling with solid HubSpot integration, though phone number syncing issues and basic mobile app hold it back from excellence
JustCall has enabled us to handle correspondence with customers more professionally, saving us time and making it easier to create a comprehensive record in HubSpot. We tend to use SMS more than phone calls and it's a major improvement on what we were doing before. The mobile app is a bit rudimentary and could benefit from enhanced functionality
Logging of SMS message threads in HubSpot so that they're visible to all staff in real time. Automated quick replies (SMS) and voicemail drops save time
Mismatch in formatting of customer phone numbers between HubSpot and JustCall has meant not all comms threads are logged in HubSpot. Could benefit from messy/smart matching.
