Great experience and love the support!
The sales team is more productive than ever, leads are more organized than ever and everything is working seamlessly. Their onboarding/support/integration team is top notch.
Quick, personalized support. Great features and UX for the sales team. List segmentation, automations and overall ease of use.
Pretty picky on what they need to approve you for SMS, but that's kind of out of their hands anyway. Really no drawbacks.

Powerful and easy integration with HubSpot
Phoneburner has worked incredibly well for our sales team as a power dialer. The two-way integration was very easy to configure natively in the sync settings and allows for real-time, concise activity tracking and updates across the platforms.
- Bi Directional Sync - Limit what syncs to both platforms - Customer Property Mapping - Workflows to driver folder organization in Phoneburner
- No automatic deletion settings for both systems, meaning that if a contact is deleted in one, it does not get deleted in the other.
