Best CRM experience ever!

We brought Adam in to restructure our HubSpot CRM, and what stood out immediately was his ability to scope and deliver simultaneously - he didn't need thousands of discussions before adding value. Adam has deep, practical knowledge of HubSpot and CRM ops more broadly, which meant he could see what we needed, challenge our initial assumptions, and build it out in one go. Our setup now looks like it should have from day one. Highly recommend Closed Won for any team that wants their CRM to actually work for them, not the other way around.

Strongly recommend

Adam reset our HubSpot into a clean, high-performance CRM. He removed redundant fields and legacy complexity, rebuilt the data model and pipelines around how fu3e actually sells into UK real-estate accounts, and introduced automation and hygiene standards that now support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and GTM execution rather than creating admin. His depth of HubSpot expertise and willingness to challenge our assumptions materially improved segmentation, reporting, and team adoption.

Superb!

The experience of working with Adam so far has been superb. No ask is too big. In a very short space of time he has guided us through a very messy CRM and already made a huge impact on our set up. I don't use the term transformational lightly, but the work he has done have been exactly that.

First class service

Adam is a guru when it comes to HubSpot. He has helped us integrate HubSpot into our processes - from data capture through to building a sales pipeline and integrating email marketing. We started with zero knowledge - and Adam has really helped take use through step-by-step. He took time to really understand our business and give us a solution that worked for us - being patient to take us through every stage. And he is super responsive (even answering emails on a weekend!). Highly recommend for anyone looking to integrate HubSpot.
