As a United States-based client of Ander Group, I found the communication flow given the 6 hour time difference was effective. My email communications were responded to on the same business day. The use of Google Meet, shared documents and WhatsApp were seamless. The duration of each conference call often went beyond the scheduled timeframe, but Ander Group would extend the meeting without issue. I never felt rushed. The branding results and website results accomplished my goals and now I am expanding my relationship with them to include a technology solution. I spent 2 weeks in Manno, Switzerland in November 2021 that was invaluable to the design of the solution. Often discussions were strategic (forward-looking) that resulted in an improved solution. Their capabilities, talent and interest in my success are assets to my company.
