One huge disappointment

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Geekly Media's Rent Bridge package, specifically their HubSpot integration. We were promised an automated solution that would streamline our Appfolio tasks and improve efficiency. However, the reality of our experience was far from what was presented during the initial sales pitch. Initially, Geekly Media assured us that their automation system was top-notch and would revolutionize our operations. They integrated everything smoothly, and for a while, it seemed like things were working fine. Unfortunately, after a few months, we started noticing a significant drop in lease renewals. It became apparent that the personal touch we used to provide was far more effective than automated emails and texts. Realizing that this solution was not suitable for our company, I attempted to schedule a call with Geekly Media to explain our concerns. However, I was met with an unhelpful and inflexible response. They simply reminded me that we were bound by a one-year contract and refused to listen to our feedback. In fact, when I reached out to the sales representative (Heather) who sold us the package to try to have a phone conversation with her, she provided a scheduling link that offered an available spot three weeks from the current date. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of concern for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. Despite our continuous polite attempts to negotiate an early termination of the contract, Geekly Media refused to consider it and insisted on demanding full payment, even though we had stopped using their services several months before the contract was due to expire. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Geekly Media to anyone, and I will personally avoid doing business with them in the future. Their lack of customer support, inflexibility, and disregard for our concerns have left a sour taste in my mouth. It is evident that they were only interested in securing their financial gains rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.
