I'm thankful WR now integrates with HubSpot
Wicked Reports is becoming more important as we expand the types of advertising we're done and where we're doing it. Their team is also improving how data is presented, so we can get more insights.
I use Wicked Reports for clarity into which of our paid traffic campaigns (down to specific ads) from various channels drive conversions.
Wicked Reports now has a native integration with HubSpot for syncing over contacts, which lets us avoid Zapier or having to POST over that data. It's also now able to notice HubSpot meetings booked and attribute them back to traffic. Another plus is Scott and the Wicked Reports team are pretty open to feedback (thank you, guys, for that).
We still needed to create a workflow to POST over orders, though that's not a big deal. I'm also waiting for a way to send over mid-funnel conversions (applications, for example) via a HubSpot workflow. There isn't an easy way to do that at the moment, though their team is working on it.

Best Multi-Touch Attribution Software
Wicked reports has allowed us to get a full view on not only where our leads and sales are coming from, but (as a subscription based DTC business model) where the high life time value customers are coming from. The buyer's journey points, re-optin points and eventual conversion points has allowed us to hone in on what's working well, where we can improve and any major gaps in our game. I've never used a piece of software that empowered our whole marketing team to make smarter strategic decisions and track their effectiveness - from the organic content team writing blog posts, to social media, Facebook advertising and our partner and influencer work. Wicked Reports has one of the coveted permanent bookmarks on my browser view, and is one of the first tabs I open each morning.

Understanding the whole buyer's journey in a marketer-friendly way. You don't have to be a developer, IT specialist or even a Martech specialized to start using this tool. WAY easier than any Excel pivot table for answering the pertinent questions that your boss and team want to know.
Depending on how much data you're pouring into it, the reports sometimes can take a few moments to generate. We recently moved to a dedicated server with the Wicked Reports team because of the amount of data we were trying to crunch.
