Save time and gain efficiency by accessing your HubSpot sales and marketing data. Whether Amazon's Alexa is enabled on a smart speaker, smart display, your mobile, headphones or all of these and more, you can ask Alexa for data and information typically accessed by logging in and clicking through the HubSpot application. Data and statistics are now commanded by your voice.

"Hey Alexa, talk to HubSpot Helper"
Just say, "Hey Alexa, talk to HubSpot Helper" to open the HubSpot Helper application in your Amazon Alexa device. HubSpot Helper can give you info on your deals, tickets, and marketing activities.
"What's new with marketing activity?"
In the HubSpot Helper app, asking "What's new with marketing activity?" will give you a seven day report of your calls, emails, and meetings
"What are my unassigned tickets?"
To get information about your service tickets, you can ask questions like, "What are the open tickets assigned to me" or "What are my unassigned tickets".
"What deals are in *stage*"
HubSpot Helper can help you find information about the deals in your pipeline. Start by asking HubSpot Helper something like "What deals are in Qualified to Buy", or any stage where you have deals. You'll get a summary of the deals in that stage. You can then ask for deal close dates and value.
"What deal is closing soonest?" and "What deal is the most valuable?"
When you're talking to HubSpot Helper about deals in a particular stage, you can follow up with questions about deal close dates and value. HubSpot Helper will walk you through each deal in the order you specify.

Cool Way to Interact with HubSpot - Great Potential
We wanted to test out the viability of this integration and discovered that while its a bit limited in what it can do currently, it performs well with what's available. Alexa is able to provide high level activity overviews for some modules that are helpful for Sales & Marketing, so if you are looking for a quick way to have that data surfaced without looking through HubSpot this is a good option!
