The CloudCTI Basic Click-to-call app connects HubSpot users to their CloudCTI account for effortless outbound dialing. With the app, one click on the HubSpot call button initiates a call to a contact's phone number.

CloudCTI outbound calls
The Basic Click-to-call app brings the functionality of the HubSpot Call button to your own telephony system. The app supports all CloudCTI compatible phone systems such as Metaswitch, Broadsoft, Mitel Telepo, 3CX, Avaya, Alcatel Lucent, VoIPGRID, etc. For a full list see: https://cloudcti.nl/telecom-systems.
Zero configuration
Basic calling automatically connects to the CloudCTI app which passes the call command to the phone system.
