Journeybee’s HubSpot integration ensures a robust, two-way data synchronisation between your Journeybee partner portal and HubSpot’s Contacts, Companies, and Deals objects. All changes to stages, fields, and notes on either platform update automatically on the other, keeping your CRM and partner portal perfectly aligned.


  • Contacts & Companies: Custom Journeybee fields are created on HubSpot Contact and Company records, and any updates—new records, field edits, or status changes—sync instantly between platforms.

  • Deals: Partner-registered deals and any modifications to deal stages, amounts, or notes in Journeybee flow directly into HubSpot Deals, with full attribution back to your partners. Commission calculations in Journeybee can even be mapped to HubSpot fields for seamless reporting.

  • Partner Associations: Map and maintain relationships between partners and HubSpot records. When you import partners from HubSpot, Journeybee creates matching partner profiles and invites them to collaborate. Any updates to partner details sync bidirectionally.

  • HubSpot Widget: Embed the Journeybee Partnerships card within HubSpot record views to view partner details, send leads, and communicate on deals without leaving HubSpot.

  • Configuration & Mapping: Tailor which fields and stages sync under the “Settings,” “Leads,” “Deals,” and “Partners” tabs in Journeybee’s integration setup. You choose how each Journeybee object maps to HubSpot, ensuring only relevant data flows across.
