Fremragende værktøj, der hurtigt beriger vores CRM for alle teams med altid tilgængelig support
Meget godt, det hjælper virkelig med hurtigt og effektivt at berige CRM for alle vores teams (marketing, AM, salg). Supporten er altid tilgængelig for at besvare vores spørgsmål eller løse vores problemer.
Kilden til løsningen er at kunne sende Slack-beskeder til færdiggørelse af flere egenskaber

Nødvendigt med en enkel, offentlig og sporbar proces for indgående leads
Sidekick er en vigtig del af min hverdag. Jeg er det teammedlem, der har ansvaret for at kvalificere, dirigere og tildele nye leads til resten af salgsorganisationen. Lead-scoring er ofte et ekstremt omstridt emne for salgs- og marketingteams. Folk har en tendens til at skændes om 'kvalificering' og 'tildelinger', fordi de ikke forstår processen bag, hvorfor noget tildeles på den måde, det gør. Sidekick har givet os mulighed for at skabe en gennemsigtig proces, som hele teamet kan samarbejde om. Det sparer mig også for en masse behandlingstid. I en traditionel HubSpot-arbejdsgang skal jeg følge en uønsket e-mail eller meddelelse for at komme til en HubSpot-side og derefter triangulere oplysninger derfra. Sidekick trækker alle oplysninger ind i et simpelt nyhedsfeed og viser kun de relevante ting, jeg har brug for at vide for at kunne tildele et lead. Derfra kan jeg skifte ejerskab, prioritet, status og endda berigelse fra ZoomInfo. Det er en lille forskel, men det reducerer min procestid pr. lead fra 2-5 minutter til ca. 15-45 sekunder. Det er en kæmpe forandring! Jeg har også en meget renere indbakke. Derudover opretter og administrerer Sidekick individuelle kanaler, når der oprettes aftaler. Det giver mig mulighed for at holde min kommunikation organiseret mellem forskellige projekter og sende meddelelser til de relevante deal-teams meget lettere end gennem en e-mailkæde. Jeg er også af den opfattelse, at Slack-integrationer er den bedste måde at håndtere taktiske datamanipulationsopgaver på. Det forenkler mine 'care-abouts' og holder mig meget mere fokuseret. Sidekick er et ekstremt godt eksempel på denne form for integration og er værd at bruge tid og kræfter på at installere og lære!
Sidekick samler alle indgående leads i én kanal og giver brugerne mulighed for at skifte ejerskab, status og prioritet. Dette føres tilbage til HubSpot. Vi kan derefter spore disse leads i et dashboard. Alle medlemmer af virksomheden har indsigt i workflowet og de handlinger, der er foretaget. Det betyder, at teamet hurtigt kan se, hvordan hvert enkelt lead bliver sporet, evalueret og handlet på.
