1/3 - Check the document status within the HubSpot screen.
With the Zoho Sign extension for HubSpot, users can sign, send, and manage their frequently used sales documents such as NDAs, sales agreements, invoices, etc directly from HubSpot. Sales teams can also track the status of these documents without having to leave their HubSpot account.
Integrating these two apps will help sales teams to save time who would otherwise switch between both apps to send out a document to collect signatures from customers. Now they can do this directly from the contact, company, and deal tabs within their HubSpot account and close deals faster.

Enabling the extension will add Zoho Sign to Contacts/Companies/Deals/Tickets modules right-hand side window.

Send documents & collect signatures directly from HubSpot
Select the document from the list and send the document to any record without leaving the HubSpot page.
