Above and beyond service

Agora continues to go above and beyon for their clients. We migrated from another CRM roughtly a year ago and the service that Chris and his team continue to provide is our of this world. The migration process was thuroughghly thought through and carefully planned out to provide everything that our organisation needs and making the most of HubSpot features within our plan. Post implementation, the team at Agora provided next level support taking the time and patience to teach us how to resolve issues and even make changes to the CRM. They have left us in aposition where we can continue to grow without the need for paying agency fees for minor changes and this has enabled us to be extremely flexible in our business ventures. I cannot rate them more highly.

Hurtig implementering + strålende service + fantastisk team

Vi hyrede Klyp til at hjælpe med vores HubSpot-implementering og migrering fra Dynamics midt i COVID. De fik os op at køre i HubSpot på lidt over seks uger!!! Siden da har vi fortsat samarbejdet med Klyp om at opbygge et nyt website, arbejde med SEO, og vi er begyndt at se på SEM og digital markedsføring mere bredt. Fantastisk team, meget venligt og utroligt lydhørt.

Strålende onboarding og implementering

Klyp-teamet, og især Ale og Sarah, sørgede for en fremragende onboarding og implementering af HubSpot i vores organisation. Selv midt i en udrulning med COVID-påvirkning sikrede deres plan, grundighed og engagement, at vores forskelligartede team havde en platform til at overgå vores behov. Fra teamworkshops til ugentlige WIP'er til grundige debriefs i hver fase var Klyp fokuseret på at levere et godt resultat for vores projekt, og teamet elsker platformen.
