Übersicht

Userpilot is a no-code Product Growth platform that allows product teams to create beautiful in-app experiences for user onboarding and engagement without code, understand their user behaviour with in-depth product analytics, and measure their user sentiment with robust in-app surveys (including NPS, CSAT, and CES). The two-way integration with HubSpot will allow you to:

  • Create better user segments and more personalized in-app experiences in Userpilot based on Contact/Company Properties pushed from HubSpot, such as: Lifecycle Stage, Contact Creation or 'Became a Customer' Date, Job Title, Company Size, Number of Employees, Deal Size etc.
  • Push in-app user behaviour data (engagement with specific features or onboarding flows) and survey responses (NPS, CSAT, CES etc.) from Userpilot into HubSpot to create more targeted email campaigns and ensure seamless cross-channel communication.
  • Adapt your sales' and CSM's communication with your prospects and customers based on in-app activity and survey results.
  • Improve your lead scoring model, and identify and assign high-activity leads (PQLs) to the right sales reps in HubSpot to make sure you never miss out on a hot enterprise deal.
  • Trigger in-app content in real-time based on changes in the company/contact properties in HubSpot - e.g. congratulating them on an upgrade and showing them the new features they have just unlocked.
  • Keep track of all user in-app activity in your CRM to ensure consistent cross-functional communication and that you have a 'single source of truth' about your leads, prospects and customers for your entire organization.
