Webitmd biggest weakness is its obsession with pushing implementation and use of HubSpot rather than focusing on using a wider variety of tools for marketing purposes. While HubSpot is a great tool, it has its limitations and I would be wary of working with another company that is so heavily reliant on HubSpot.
