Great onboarding experience and getting us up an running

WebitMD delivered on helping us launch HubSpot and build out our inside sales automation. They offered white glove service as they made sure every box was checked to properly and effectively get HubSpot up and running for us. They did a great job of knowledge sharing and teaching our teams the ins and outs of the HubSpot platform. I would recommend them to anyone getting started with HubSpot. And as a bonus, they negotiated on our behalf to get us a good monthly fee for HubSpot.

Top Shelf Service and Expertise with HubSpot

I have been a CRM admin in HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho. While I was working with Salesforce and Zoho I spent much time searching for answers. Often the answers that I found were antiquated and worthless. Over the past year WEBITMD has been my coach and partner, helping me to onboard and configure HubSpot for 6 business units. This has been a complex journey and Mattan and Kirsten have made it very easy. No sleepless nights, no waiting around for help desk staff, and no searching through mounds of digital documents for answers. Often I would think, "This would have taken me 8 hours in Salesforce", as WEBITMD solved the HubSpot issue in 15 minutes. Coming from an industry and business model that is highly unique and very niche, I have to say that working with WEBITMD has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. Their onboarding process was in-depth and very thorough. Their team is always extremely attentive to our needs and fast paced world we live in. They have helped us dial in our paid media spend to the point where we are generating upwards of 10x the leads we were generating before bringing them on board. Karoline and the team have also been extremely helpful in helping setup workflows and sequences to help automate and organize our sales process from start to finish. As a group they have enabled us to be "lean and mean" on our end and be effective as a small team. Not worth the time

Our company had a horrible experience with Webitmd and felt they drained our account while pretending that they understood our complicated market space. After we parted ways, we found a replacement company that managed to achieve what Webitmd could not at a markedly cheaper rate. Webitmd biggest weakness is its obsession with pushing implementation and use of HubSpot rather than focusing on using a wider variety of tools for marketing purposes. While HubSpot is a great tool, it has its limitations and I would be wary of working with another company that is so heavily reliant on HubSpot.
