We have built a tech platform to achieve the following in one-smooth flow and update HubSpot, real-time as soon as someone signs-up on the website:
- Qualification: understand the priority of an inbound website lead based on customizable prioritisation rules, and update lead priority back to HubSpot
- Routing: routes the lead to the correct SDR or Sales Rep based on mapping rules eg. subject matter expertise, or regional expertise, and assigns the owner in HubSpot as well
- Instant Scheduling: as soon as the prospect submits a form, they are assigned a Sales Rep and get instant access to scheduling options with day/time availability, and meeting details are written back to HubSpot
