Heap’s The Heap HubSpot integration automatically captures all of your email journey touchpoints as events and all contact information as user properties in Heap. By integrating HubSpot with Heap, you'll be able to answer the following questions (and more!):

- How many email touches does it take to re-engage inactive cart abandonment?

The Heap + HubSpot integration allows you to sync to add to Heap all of your email journey touchpoints and contact information to Heap. This integration with Heap gives users a more holistic view of their customers’ digital journeys, by enabling them to enrich Heap’s autocaptured behavioral data with HubSpot's email and contact data.

Useful integration
Heap is our way of figuring out what our customers are doing and how they're using the product. It's easy to set up and offers retro analytics meaning you can track events back from before they were added to Heap. The integration adds contact info from HubSpot to the user view in Heap - which works out great for us. It's a bit messy since HubSpot has A LOT of fields, but you can archive any properties you don't use. The integration itself is very simple and only takes a few minutes.
