This integration with Heap gives users a more holistic view of their customers’ digital journeys, by enabling them to enrich Heap’s autocaptured behavioral data with HubSpot's email and contact data.

Useful integration
Heap is our way of figuring out what our customers are doing and how they're using the product. It's easy to set up and offers retro analytics meaning you can track events back from before they were added to Heap. The integration adds contact info from HubSpot to the user view in Heap - which works out great for us. It's a bit messy since HubSpot has A LOT of fields, but you can archive any properties you don't use. The integration itself is very simple and only takes a few minutes.
