Our non-profit organization has been running off of a random array of unorganized Google Sheets, Excel Files, and Drive links for far too long. The opportunity to get on HubSpot seemed logical, but daunting... When we partnered with Gravity, my expectation was they would migrate our data into HubSpot, show us how it works, and let us have at it. What we got was so much more. From day one, the weekly calls with the Gravity team were not only an enormously helpful resource for explaining our needs, and checking in on the status of our implementation, but also a real-time training + Q&A session that helped bring several members of our team up to speed far faster than I could have ever imagined. I'm a digital guy, the rest of our board is not. Yet, we are already in the system and firing on all cylinders. In fact, we're firing on more cylinders then we ever could have imagined. We started with a need to get all of our data on members, alumni, and vendors stored in one place. But, we're now using HubSpot for *so much* more thanks to the efforts of the Gravity team. Now, we're: -Using the Sales Hub to track our entire membership onboarding process and renewal process. -Using the Marketing Hub to track social media engagement more meaningfully, website traffic, and - most importantly - to send out our mass email campaigns. -Using the Service Hub to send out tailored, timely feedback surveys after every event that are getting a better open and reply rate than we have ever seen before. -Tracking event attendance, email performance, membership growth/$$, and more with custom dashboards they helped us setup. -Closely monitoring individuals who have not been engaged or attended events by utilizing custom properties and active lists they helped us think through and create. -Collecting fees and invoice payments directly in HubSpot ourselves rather than using several different platforms and having to include accountants, as we had to do previously. -Putting together invoices, quotes, and agreements that can be signed using creative solutions they developed in the Sales Hub. -Gathering comprehensive member data that required multiple platforms previously through new forms they built out for us. -Integrating our Quickbooks activity directly into HubSpot. -Utilizing a number of automations to ensure our onboarding process for new members is consistent, and professional every single time. -Etc. Etc. Etc. I could genuinely go on for paragraphs and paragraphs further about all the additional bells and whistles they helped us setup and utilize, but you would be here all day if I did so.
