An Absolute A+ Experience from Beginning to End

Our non-profit organization has been running off of a random array of unorganized Google Sheets, Excel Files, and Drive links for far too long. The opportunity to get on HubSpot seemed logical, but daunting... When we partnered with Gravity, my expectation was they would migrate our data into HubSpot, show us how it works, and let us have at it. What we got was so much more. From day one, the weekly calls with the Gravity team were not only an enormously helpful resource for explaining our needs, and checking in on the status of our implementation, but also a real-time training + Q&A session that helped bring several members of our team up to speed far faster than I could have ever imagined. I'm a digital guy, the rest of our board is not. Yet, we are already in the system and firing on all cylinders. In fact, we're firing on more cylinders then we ever could have imagined. We started with a need to get all of our data on members, alumni, and vendors stored in one place. But, we're now using HubSpot for *so much* more thanks to the efforts of the Gravity team. Now, we're: -Using the Sales Hub to track our entire membership onboarding process and renewal process. -Using the Marketing Hub to track social media engagement more meaningfully, website traffic, and - most importantly - to send out our mass email campaigns. -Using the Service Hub to send out tailored, timely feedback surveys after every event that are getting a better open and reply rate than we have ever seen before. -Tracking event attendance, email performance, membership growth/$$, and more with custom dashboards they helped us setup. -Closely monitoring individuals who have not been engaged or attended events by utilizing custom properties and active lists they helped us think through and create. -Collecting fees and invoice payments directly in HubSpot ourselves rather than using several different platforms and having to include accountants, as we had to do previously. -Putting together invoices, quotes, and agreements that can be signed using creative solutions they developed in the Sales Hub. -Gathering comprehensive member data that required multiple platforms previously through new forms they built out for us. -Integrating our Quickbooks activity directly into HubSpot. -Utilizing a number of automations to ensure our onboarding process for new members is consistent, and professional every single time. -Etc. Etc. Etc. I could genuinely go on for paragraphs and paragraphs further about all the additional bells and whistles they helped us setup and utilize, but you would be here all day if I did so. That was the level of their expertise and commitment to our project. If all of that wasn't enough, their team was exceedingly kind, patient, and fun to work with. All of this may seem like it was written by someone prone to hyperbole, but I am not one to speak so highly of anyone or anything unless I truly mean it. In short: Hire Gravity ASAP.

I've worked with members of Gravity Global for many years, and I'm continually impressed with the level of service I receive. No matter how many mergers we've been through together, I've had the fortune to work with the same dedicated staff members for the past 6 or 7 years! I represent a small nonprofit, and we simply need help designing and hosting a website, yet I feel like I'm treated as though I'm one of their most important clients. There's many companies out there that can design a website for us, but I stay with the GG team because of the positive relationships they foster with their clients. I work in healthcare; I have no education in web design, SEO, or programming. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the ability to go to the GG support team with the most basic questions, and they reply skillfully, not speaking down to me because I don't share their same knowledge. They make it so easy to work with them, even though we don't have the same background. I'd highly recommend this group to anyone looking to optimize their online presence.

We came to Mojo Media Labs with the need to clarify our brand message and launch a new website (https://financial.oneascent.com/). The Mojo team worked really hard to get the site launched before our big conference, which was a blessing. Part of the process was to create a lead-generating offer, which we never had before, just in time for the conference. Since then, we’ve had 40-50 qualified leads come into our pipeline through the website. It really helped to establish authority and is a great evergreen content piece that continues to be high value. We chose Mojo Media Labs because of their process and their culture. I always know what is happening and the status of every project. The team is fantastic. We’ve worked with other agencies in the past, and the thing that stands out about Mojo is excellent communication, good project management tools and structure. Made rebranding and launching a new website a breeze

We chose Mojo Media Labs to help us with a major rebrand project for our company, Array. We needed to create a clear brand message and we absolutely loved Mojo's process of guiding us through the StoryBrand messaging framework. The process was really helpful and having that 'messaging bible' to refer to has been invaluable throughout the rebrand. We also chose Mojo to design and build a fantastic new website (www.arraylive.com), and we've stayed with them as our marketing agency ever since. I can't say enough wonderful things about our main point of contact, Tori. I’ve worked with an agency before where everyone on the team was a point of contact and it was frustrating from a communication perspective. Tori and the Mojo team are easy to work with. As a 1-person marketing team, my capacity is limited. Without a doubt Mojo has allowed us to really increase capacity and build an effective marketing program. Mojo has put a framework in place for tracking our metrics and leads, and focusing on what's important.

We recently engaged Mojo to help us hone our messaging and build our website, www.hogantaylor.com on the HubSpot CMS using their theme, MojoFlex. With a marketing department of two, our bandwidth was extremely limited.
