With nearly a decade of experience on the Marketing and Sales Operations team, I established and optimized HubSpot's own instance within the company. Beyond that, I also collaborated with the Product team to pioneer novel functionalities and solutions (live chat, predictive lead scoring), catering to both internal stakeholders and our customer base. Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of assisting more than 15 clients, including notable names like Arcade.co, Writer.ai, and SurveyMonkey. These engagements have ranged from collaborating with nimble small teams to partnering with expansive corporations boasting over 4,000 employees. My specialization revolves around unleashing the full potential of HubSpot, spanning its Marketing, Sales, Services, and Operations Hubs. Painless CRM migration & advanced automation

I don't typically write endorsements, especially because the written word lasts forever, but Sara set the bar for how much value a business consultant could bring and I'd be doing her a disservice not to recognize it publicly. Sara wasn't just a consultant, she was a vital part of our team, always pushing our little startup forward with unparalleled speed. Sara is a creative problem solver, an incredibly fast thinker, and highly experienced. As a result, our AI startup was able to reap the benefits of a well-oiled CRM system that would put most large enterprises to shame. She helped us connect and collapse data silos, build automations and even set up automated predictive health scoring for our accounts. Sara's expertise and guidance helped us navigate a difficult data and record migration between two HubSpot instances (and two Salesforce instances) following a merger. With her help, we avoided numerous pitfalls in the backfill/migration, and cleaned up our database at the same time. We accomplished the data migration way ahead of schedule as a direct result of working with Sara. Coming out of the data migration, Sara helped us optimize our lead capture process and structure our data collection such that we can add value to our conversations with prospects through targeted lead nurture flows and seamless data flows to Salesforce. We also have far cleaner reporting and automation, and we're able to build and scale our campaigns at a much faster rate than in our old system. If you need to migrate data between two HubSpot instances, do yourself a favor and work with Sara.

Strategic Vision + Set Up for Success

For anyone struggling with setting up or updating their mops/sops I cannot recommend Sara highly enough. She was able to take in what we initially thought our needs were, make thoughtful and strategic recommendations based on her experience, and come up with a plan of attack that set us up for success! Knowledgeable and communicative

It was a pleasure working with Sara - I really appreciated how prescriptive and knowledgeable she’s been in helping us revamp our Contact Sales page, create new CTAs like Book a Meeting, and cleanup our forms and properties. Sarah helped me clean up and better orchestrate a messy instance of HubSpot, clearing out I don't know how many unnecessary custom fields, and helping us set up a new conversion point for our sales team.
