As a technology company in the start-up phase, our requirement for a CRM was simple: We purchased one HubSpot license for new employee tracking emails only. When we started to expand our use of CRM and HubSpot, the HubSpot team introduced us to Craig and the Xen team, knowing we would fail to get the most from it without help. The Xen spent time understanding our business and capability and told us how long they thought it would take to onboard us to HubSpot, link emails and forms, set up simple automation, build dashboards and migrate our website from Squarespace to HubSpot without the need for in-house resources. We came to XEN at a time when our current HubSpot implementation was missing a lot of key foundational elements and lead gen volume was low (both MQL and SQL). Right from our initial meeting with XEN, we were immediately impressed with their overall collaborative approach and processes around auditing and identifying areas of improvement within our HubSpot implementation. We have a relatively small marketing team; therefore, it was important to us that XEN collaborate closely to help build our digital marketing strategy and become an extension of our team. We have now worked closely with XEN for 5 years and have seen our HubSpot implementation grow significantly during this time.
