Workflow Wizard is a set of tools that we put together into a product after experiencing similar needs in multiple HubSpot implementations.

From associating objects to manipulating data and copying properties, this evergrowing toolbox was created to enhance the HubSpot workflow capabilities in order to take it to the next level.

Workflow Wizard currently includes the following no-code tools:

• Search & Replace (save replaced data into the same or a different property)
• Copy properties FROM associated objects (choose functions -sum/avg/min/max/first/last when multiple objects are associated)
• Format text properties (upper/lower case, crop, and others)
• Associate standard and custom objects using rules like full/partial text match, and numeric operators =. <=, >=
• Persist transitive associations between deals and companies (associate deal to company when a contact that belongs to that company is already associated)
