Patrick ja Maarten opastivat meidät täydellisesti Cuexin työskentelytapaan sekä HubSpotin mahdollisuuksiin ja siihen, miten sitä käytetään tehokkaimmalla mahdollisella tavalla.

Erinomainen tuki tietojen puhdistamiseen ja hallintaan

CEUX tarjosi erinomaista tukea tietojemme puhdistamisessa ja hallinnoinnissa. He auttoivat meitä luomaan jäsennellymmän ja luotettavamman järjestelmän, mikä helpottaa huomattavasti tietojen laadun ylläpitämistä jatkossa. Heidän asiantuntemuksellaan ja lähestymistavallaan oli todellista merkitystä.

Erinomainen HubSpot-koulutuskokemus

Event Pilotsin myyntitiimimme suoritti hiljattain kaksi 2,5 tunnin HubSpot-koulutusta Cuexin Mart Loomsin kanssa, jota HubSpot suositteli meille. Kokemus oli erinomainen. Mart on erittäin ammattitaitoinen, uskomattoman asiantunteva ja selittää kaiken selkeästi ja varmasti. Molemmissa istunnoissa hän auttoi meitä kartoittamaan ja jäsentämään koko myyntiprosessimme HubSpotissa, luomaan putkistomme, keskustelemaan automaatiomahdollisuuksista ja määrittelemään oikeat mittaristot ja KPI:t tiimillemme. Hänen opastuksensa oli käytännöllistä, käytännönläheistä ja räätälöityä sen mukaan, miten me itse asiassa työskentelemme, mukaan lukien Teamleader Orbitin käyttöönotto. Suosittelemme Martia ja Cuexia kaikille tiimeille, jotka haluavat ottaa käyttöön tai optimoida HubSpotin älykkäällä, tehokkaalla ja parhaiden käytäntöjen mukaisella tavalla.

Nopea ja asiantunteva palvelu

Olemme työskennelleet HubSpotin kanssa jo muutaman vuoden ajan, ja halusimme, että myös uusi verkkosivustomme olisi siinä mukana. Cuex muutti graafisen suunnittelumme malleiksi nopeasti ja taitavasti. Koko prosessin ajan he myös ajattelivat mukana uusia oivalluksia ja keksivät sopivia ratkaisuja tai hyviä neuvoja. Koska olemme itsekin melko teknisesti perehtyneitä, he loivat meille hyvän pohjan, jonka pohjalta voimme jatkaa omaa työtämme.

Great Support and Effective Problem-Solving

CuEx assisted our organization with the HubSpot onboarding process, and their approach—particularly Levi’s—was pragmatic, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Levi responded quickly to any questions and went the extra mile to find solutions to the challenges that arose during implementation. His evident enjoyment of problem-solving tasks and his enthusiasm positively influenced the entire team. We are satisfied with their work and are enjoying our experience with HubSpot.

As someone who has never worked with HubSpot, Alex has been an amazing guide in helping me advance my knowledge base and skill set. My colleagues who have had past experience in HubSpot have now come to me for assistance. I really enjoyed how Alex took the time to hear my thought process rather than simply telling me what to do. This guidance tactic meant I could learn quickly and understand the logic rather than just doing what someone says. He is great at pointing me in the correct direction rather than spoon-feeding me. Alex can get into the different mindsets of the different positions within our team, meaning he can give specific and relevant advice and solutions. No matter the question or problem raised, he thinks about it from absolutely every angle, leaving no stone unturned, which we really appreciate. He is fast, clear and reliable. We really enjoy working with Alex.

Excellent Migration and top-notch support

CUEX has stood out throughout the process by being patient, understanding, and proactive with us. Guus took his time to understand our issues and concerns and provide a solution that would work for us. Since we started, the team has been quick to respond, has showcased their deep understanding of the systems, and has been happy to provide us with the assistance we needed. We had really specific and detailed requests, and they extended their services to help us overcome them and provided advice on the topics we might have otherwise missed. There were a few bumps here and there, especially in the early stage of establishing comms, but this was quickly resolved. And if you take away anything from this review - keep this in mind, as it is essential.

Pleasant approach

I had worked with Cuex in the past and came to know their staff members as efficient and to the point. When I now needed help with some specific reporting and user questions, they helped me out in a tailored session which was, again, efficient and addressed all my points. I have no doubt recommending Cheryl and her team at Cuex!
