I lead marketing and communications for a non-profit professional society with a unique business model and unusual array of products and services. Lone Fir has done an amazing job with our many website projects, all on tight deadlines and tight budgets. They are the best website vendor I have worked with, hands down, and I would not hesitate to contract with them again for future work. Something I really liked about working with Lone Fir - their process asks that the client really put thought and energy into defining what problems we solve and how we solve them. Especially in a technical field, it can be very easy to just babble on, speaking only to those who already understand your language. Lone Fir's process (and their patience!) have absolutely tightened our messaging for these more esoteric subjects, and have made our products and services more accessible to our audience. I'll also mention that their projects teams are all top notch - such kind people and so easy to work with. We have really appreciated the opportunity to get to collaborate with them!

Hands down, we have appreciated LIndsey and her team for all they have done to help us be strategic and increase our abilities to reach our membership through the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce implementation and upgrades throughout the last 18 months. The amount of time spent helping us create the best ways to reach our members, provide them with free navigation services, and get them connected to all of our resources has been overwhelmingly appreciated. What a time saver for us it has been. I am happy to report our most recent success was our increase of membership by 167% in one month just from automation being implemented. Having an expert in Idaho to help us build and grow has been one of the easiest decisions we have made to bring in Lindsey and Tribute Media to help us navigate an overwhelming process. I really don't know where we would be right now without them walking alongside us. Our company has had a HubSpot subscription many months. But not until we engaged with Tribute Media did we really start leveraging the HubSpot tool for all the value it can provide. Lindsey and her team helped us realize how many different ways this tool could be use to benefit our business. That information was very enabling and is helping us get value out of our subscription.
