We have been working with Bikkelhart for two years now and the focus is the setup, development, and optimization of our HubSpot environment for our challenging business. For all topics they provide strategies, best practices, and ideas for the HS processes and then also support with the operational set up. We appreciate the open and transparent discussions which help us grow. We have a dedicated contact person who we consider to be part of the team and who knows our business, our processes, and our HS setup very well. Through him we also have access to other Bikkelhart experts who can support us when needed, without us having to do any ‘supplier management’. We only maintain the relationship with him and he organises everything that is necessary on the Bikkelhart side, which is very convenient for us. To ensure there are no breaks in work, they also provide cover for holiday periods. They are always approachable and easy to reach. They respond quickly and react flexibly even to last-minute requests. We enjoy working with them and benefit from their deep HubSpot knowledge.
