VoIPcloud softphone is designed for Australian, UK, US, New Zealand and Irish businesses: it can be used in a browser or as a standalone application in Windows, macOS or Linux.

In addition to normal receiving and making calls, you also have access to business functions such as:

- Caller ID selection for outgoing calls.

- The ability to see the name or just the number the call came to (if you have multiple phone numbers for incoming calls).

- Queue management with the ability to leave any queue if needed.

- Separate phone book lists.

- Call transfers (both blind and attended), making parallel calls and 3-way conferences.

- And that's just what the app itself gives you. You can also access over free 30 additional features to customise the flow of calls.

By connecting our app to HubSpot, you can do even more things in the app:

- Create new HubSpot contacts during active calls, in phonebooks or call history.

- View HubSpot contact's information during an active call, in phonebooks or call history: name, email, company, contact owner, lead status, and the last date of activity.

- See active deals of a contact with links to them in HubSpot, and a hint about the amount of these deals.

- See active tickets of a contact with links to them in HubSpot, and a hint on the status of these tickets.

- Log calls to HubSpot and leave notes on them: both during an active call and in the call history.

Log the Call and Leave Notes to HubSpot

You can leave notes about the call, for example, summarise the conversation and log it on to HubSpot. This call will be saved in the 'Activity' and 'Calls' section of the contact page in HubSpot along with the message you wrote in the softphone.

View Open Deals

If a contact has open deals in HubSpot, they will be displayed in the softphone with information on how much the deal is for. In addition, directly from the softphone it is possible to go to a particular transaction via a direct link to HubSpot.
