- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Cin7 Omni and HubSpot in real time

- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Note: this is optimized for a B2C sync. HubSpot contacts will create and sync to separate customer records in Cin7 Omni

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Sync Cin7 Omni and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing contacts between HubSpot and Cin7 Omni. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

C'est génial, mais…
En tant qu'outil de synchronisation permettant d'importer les noms et les informations du CRM cin7 dans HubSpot (ou inversement, ou pour la synchronisation), il est parfait. Mais c'est tout : il n'offre rien de plus. Par exemple, nous aimerions synchroniser les devis de cin7 en tant qu’opportunités dans HubSpot : ce n’est pas le rôle de cette application, et je ne pense d’ailleurs pas qu’il existe d’application permettant de le faire. Mais si vous souhaitez transférer et synchroniser vos contacts, c’est parfait. Facile à configurer, ça fonctionne à merveille.

Synchronisation CRM : que ce soit unidirectionnelle ou bidirectionnelle, c'est parfait.
Seules les données CRM peuvent être transférées via cette application ; aucune autre information ne peut l'être.
