Notre entreprise avait pour mission de mettre en place un système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) tout-en-un afin d'assurer un soutien et une visibilité au niveau des différents services. Ce n'était pas une mince affaire, car notre organisation était habituée aux feuilles Excel et aux processus non linéaires. Radiant nous a non seulement aidés à mettre en place notre CRM, à migrer nos données et à nous soutenir en matière d'habilitation, mais nous avons également pu le faire en un temps record ! Nous sommes impatients de voir le produit final alors que nous continuons à développer d'autres départements au sein de HubSpot.

A true pleasure working with Radiant...

We have been working with Radiant for the past 12 months and they are an amazing team. They quickly understood our business processes for sales and project management and were able to map out the necessary activities we needed to focus on to improve our overall performance. We were assigned a small team of very passionate HubSpot experts who took our business processes to the next level. The collaboration is proactive and they make sure we always stay on schedule. Radiant is highly recommended if you need to take your business to new heights.

Positive attitude and hands on spirit feeds good results.

Working with Radiant and especially Caroline has been a perfect blend of getting things done and for me to learn a whole lot at the same time.
