Notre entreprise avait pour mission de mettre en place un système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) tout-en-un afin d'assurer un soutien et une visibilité au niveau des différents services. Ce n'était pas une mince affaire, car notre organisation était habituée aux feuilles Excel et aux processus non linéaires. Radiant nous a non seulement aidés à mettre en place notre CRM, à migrer nos données et à nous soutenir en matière d'habilitation, mais nous avons également pu le faire en un temps record !
