Automatically update HubSpot with new booking information

Any time you get a new booking in YouCanBookMe, we'll check if the booker is already a contact in your HubSpot account. If they are, we'll automatically add the booking details to that contact's activity stream with details from the booking. If they aren't, we'll add them as a contact.

HubSpot updates with any changes to the existing booking

If your bokings are rescheduled, cancelled, or marked as a no-show - or if you add a note to the booking - that will automatically be sent through to the HubSpot activity stream so you have the latest information right at your finger tips.
