Are international subdomains breaking the automatic contact to company associations? Are visitors using a personal email address and therefore are not linked to the right companies? Struggling to manage parent and child companies for ABM (Account-Based Marketing)?
Insycle offers the most comprehensive and flexible way to associate contacts, companies, deals, custom objects — including multiple associations and associations labels — in bulk and automatically, even when the data is inconsistent.
With Insycle's Associate you can:
- Associate contacts to companies using any or multiple fields. For example, Company Name AND Country.
- Using existing associations to create missing associations. For example, associate deals to companies based on associated contacts.
- Flexible matching rules: choose from exact, similar (fuzzy), and partial matching. Fine-tune rules to ignore top-level domains and sub-domains, formatting, spaces, text like "https://", common terms like "Inc" or "Incorporated", and more.
- Associate contacts to multiple companies, add or remove custom association labels.
- Avoid duplicate companies from getting created by disabling HubSpot's default associations. Instead, use Insycle to flexibly associate and create companies when matching is not found.
- Manage parent-child companies and create account hierarchies.
- Associate custom objects to any standard or custom object.
- Preview changes before they go live. Run association in "Preview Mode” to simulate and test the process and data changes before any updates are made in HubSpot.
- Get a CSV report of associated records and relevant fields for complete context.

Considerations for Using HubSpot’s Automatic Contact to Companies Association

Associate using fields or relationships: Company Name AND Country
Add, remove, or replace associations in bulk automatically. Associate through field values using any standard or custom field or multiple fields. Associate through relationships. For example, when Deals are associated to Contacts, and Contacts are associated to Companies, you can associate Deals to Companies through the related Contacts.

Flexibly match inconsistent values: subdomains, urls, fuzzy, similar
Even if your data has inconsistent formatting, typos, or symbols, you can still apply flexible matching rules to associate records For example, match Contacts skyler@acme.co.uk and skyle@uk.acme.co to a Company with domain/website www.acme.com by choosing to ignore top-level and subdomains. Or ignore "Inc." from the Company Name on either record.

Avoid duplicate companies from being created
When the contact email domain doesn’t match the company, resulting in duplicate companies being auto-created. Instead, use Insycle to associate and create companies. Detect and associate: - International contacts with different top-level or subdomains. - Universities with a subdomain per department. - Companies that go through rebranding or M&A.

Manage parent-child companies and create account hierarchies
Associate parent-child companies using flexible matching rules and filters. For example, use a name convention to associate child companies *without* HQ in the name to companies with the same name *and* HQ: Acme => Acme HQ Or, associate child companies *with* subdomain to parent companies *without* subdomain: uk.acme.co => acme.com

Preview changes before they go live, then automate associations
- Simulate and test the association process safely before any changes are made in HubSpot. - Get a CSV report that includes all relevant fields for complete context and transparency. - Filter and segment records from either side of the matching - Bulk associate thousands of records with just a few clicks. - Automate using schedules or workflows.
