The Export Wizard turns messy post-event spreadsheets into a simple, guided flow that sends your Intelevents leads straight into HubSpot. Instead of downloading CSVs, cleaning columns, and worrying about duplicates, users walk through a step-by-step process that maps event fields to the right HubSpot contact properties.

View and create segments (lists)

This feature lets users see their existing HubSpot lists and create new, event-specific segments directly from Intelevents. Instead of jumping between tools or guessing which contacts belong where, teams can build clean, targeted lists based on real event activity—such as booth scans, qualifiers, survey answers, or specific shows.
