LeadBoxer is a Lead & Customer Data Platform

By combining all your customer and lead activity in one interface, we generate valuable insights by creating rich profiles and analysing combined website, email and all other behaviour.

Bring all your data together

Our platform is designed to work with many different sources of data, has built-in features to enrich company (or personal) data, allows you to qualify prospects based on behaviour and profile data, and includes powerful filters and intuitive scoring algorithms to create segments.

The LeadBoxer HubSpot integration is a so-called two-way-sync between the 2 platforms:

  1. We collect contact details from HubSpot
  2. add these to LeadBoxer and
  3. push enriched data back into HubSpot.

In detail, we grab the HubSpot cookie ID from your website visitors, and use these to lookup the contacts in HubSpot. For existing contact (ie not anonymous web visitors), we collect the contact details (name, email, company, etc) and add these to the Leads in LeadBoxer and use this in our firmographic enrichment process. Any enriched field can then be pushed back to update these HubSpot contacts.

What are the main benefits?

  • Improve your database of contacts to improve your communications
  • Let LeadBoxer fill in the gaps from HubSpot Business Insights. Especially local and smaller organisations are not associated.
  • Improve associated companies by enriching your contacts with domain-namens (even if they have a public email address like gmail.com)
  • Enable LeadBoxer to Identify known contacts to better filter or segment out various groups within your audience. Eg: Identify new business vs upsell opportunities from existing customers.
  • Create better performing (email) campaigns in HubSpot by using additional firmographic data to create segments to deliver differentiating or customised messages.

See your HubSpot Contacts in LeadBoxer

Track, identify and sync your contacts in both platforms. This feature allows LeadBoxer to get your HubSpot contacts so we can identify and enrich these in the LeadBoxer platform. You can than use these contacts to create leads, Reports, or manage them in your LeadBoard.

Enrich HubSpot Contacts with company details

Automatically enrich the contacts that visit your website with company (firmographic) details.
