Create policies for assigning members of a HubSpot Team to your incoming leads and companies with a Round Robin approach.

Each scheduling policy will be defined by these options:

• When you would like this policy to trigger, being for new contacts or when a specific property has been updated
• What criteria is required for a contact to be a part of this policy, which is defined by a contact property value
• Which HubSpot team you would like to be Round Robin rotated through when assigning contact owners

Policies are then ordered by priority. If a contact meets criteria for more than one policy then the policy of the highest priority will be selected and the owner assigned appropriately.
