Personalized and Helpful

BB helped us set up our first CRM at an SME that has been around for a long time. They were very helpful, guided us through each stage. Not only that, they dealt with our changing requests very well and always kept us in the loop.

These guys get HubSpot for sales teams in ways no one else does

I've been very impressed with Bayard Bradford. Their ability to understand our complex sales process and align our HubSpot processes to that is unmatched by any other agency I've talked with. They get that we're a sales organization and don't try to cram us into a playbook that won't fit us -- all while generously offering insights and casting vision for what's possible. New dashboards they implemented are great for our leaders to look at-a-glance, and they've laid the groundwork for sales and marketing alignment that we've never had. Great team to work with. Highly recommend.

HubSpot Marketing - Implementation and Onboarding

Bayard Bradford has a good understanding of our marketplace and our customers; they know industrial, energy, and manufacturing companies. Working with an agency who only understands Fortune 500 companies, fashion brands, or automotive companies didn’t make sense for us. We needed someone who understood the B2B marketplace and the advertising space that exists outside of splashy magazines. Bayard Bradford helped us take our ‘good’ program to the next level. We’ve been making do with separate platforms; trying to connect the dots; trying to tie the pieces together and connect revenue to marketing campaigns for years. Getting our CRM, our social media, our marketing automation and our website into one hub, where we can witness buyers progress through the buying journey and tie sales revenue to marketing campaigns has long been a goal of ours. We are so glad to finally be operating at full capacity in that regard! In addition, Bayard Bradford was timely, respectful, on-budget, and responsive. They were given a very tight timetable to operate within and they met it. They never tried to upsell us on anything. They stuck to the scope of our project. Their team was knowledgeable and responsive to our calls and emails. Our onboarding was extremely helpful and we were left with the tools we needed to hit the ground running. Martin, John and Team have many Talents

We needed to create and execute an Inbound Digital Marketing Strategy when COVID hit and outbound Marketing screeched to a halt. Bayard Bradford "Zoomed" in and laid out a practical plan for all of our vertical markets as well as leading edge website design and development. As we progressed through the plan AdWords, SEO, Chatbot, Drip Email Campaigns, new Content, Calls to Action and other methods were layered in. The end result was a beautifully baked comprehensive Inbound Digital Marketing Strategy that produced the desired results. What did WE learn? I'm glad you asked. You would typically have to hire 3 - 6 different Marketing firms to cover the ground BB did in one-stop shopping and they did it with experts in every corner of a vast frontier. Thank you BB Team!
