And Flywheel Kinetics built out the system so everything we need to sell motorcycles is right where we need it. Anything I needed to run my sales floor, they built. Custom dashboards, tweaks to our sales process, lead sources, attribution - every time I had a problem to solve or a question about the business we could dig into the data or tweak the process to solve it. I like to run the business "by the numbers" but this allowed me to focus on the customers and the right deals that were right in front of me. This helped us hit Platinum status for the first time, break just about all of our sales records and increase our profitability in the time of a global pandemic and drastic inventory shortage.
