Inbound AV helped us move our Service Department from a homegrown CRM solution to HubSpot, and did a great job getting us set up. Our big needs were training our project team on the details of how HubSpot works, helping design how HubSpot would be set up to work for us, performing the custom programming needed, holding our hands through the data migration and testing processes, and user training once we were ready to go live. The people at Inbound AV were a huge help to us, and instrumental in getting us set up and going in HubSpot. If we have any future needs to expand our use of HubSpot, Inbound AV will definitely be who we call for help.

We are a tech company here in Silicon Valley, and we sell into 6 of the top 10 largest tech companies in the world. In the mid of 2021, we made the decision to migrate from Zoho to HubSpot to better support our fast growing business. When we were looking for a onboarding partner, we came across INV and were impressed by their clear and straightforward commitment of a white-glove onboarding services.
