A knowledgeable and personable consultant

Iain was an excellent consultant. He helped us procure and implement our first CRM. He researched a number of options and recommended HubSpot, which we are very happy with. His positive attitude and knowledge of the software as well as change management made him a perfect fit. His documentation is very good, everything was explained in a very straightforward manner, and we felt confident we were making an informed decision at every stage of the process. We highly recommend Iain.
