完璧なソリューション
使いやすく、価格も手頃で、質問があるときはサポートが本当に迅速に対応してくれた。
HubSpotとネイティブに統合できるワークフローで、価格も手頃であること（統合を謳った他のソリューションも評価しましたが、Zapierが必要でした）、さらに回答をスコアリングし、フォームのスタイルを簡単に設定できることが、私たちにとって重要でした。
短所を強調するのは些細なことで、UIについてはいくつか解決しなければならないことがあるが、それを上回る長所がある。
