Great alternative for native HubSpot forms
Great alternative for native HubSpot forms. The integration is very good and very intuitive to use.
- Validation of all step fields before moving on to next one (unlike HubSpot native solution) - More than one level of conditionals to apply - Allows to hide fields or steps, super flexible - Lot's of ways to validate fields exactly to your needs
- Still cannot natively create conversations from tickets, so you will need a custom workflow (probably with the paid operations Hub) to circumvent this missing feature if it's important to you

Perfect solution for us
Easy to use, well priced, and when I had a question, support was really responsive.
Workflow that natively integrates to HubSpot at a good price point was key for us (other solutions we evaluated claimed integration but needed Zapier), as well as the ability to score the responses and style the form easily.
It would be nitpicky to highlight any cons; a couple of UI things to figure out, but the pros outweigh all of that, it's a great solution for us.
