概要

plugsync connects e-commerce, ERP, and custom systems to HubSpot. It syncs contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, and configured custom objects while mapping identities across systems to avoid duplicate customer records. Teams can configure bidirectional sync and resolve property conflicts by choosing source wins, target wins, or most recent update. Draft, review, and publish connector configurations, then monitor connector health, inspect event history, and replay events. Custom plugins extend connector logic, and AI-assisted setup helps configure mappings.

Map customer identities across stores, ERPs, and brands so records from connected systems resolve to the right HubSpot contact or company.
Conflict-safe bidirectional sync
Sync configured HubSpot records with external systems in both directions. Choose source wins, target wins, or most recent update for each mapped property.
