plugsync connects e-commerce, ERP, and custom systems to HubSpot. It syncs contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, and configured custom objects while mapping identities across systems to avoid duplicate customer records. Teams can configure bidirectional sync and resolve property conflicts by choosing source wins, target wins, or most recent update. Draft, review, and publish connector configurations, then monitor connector health, inspect event history, and replay events. Custom plugins extend connector logic, and AI-assisted setup helps configure mappings.
