In 2025, we reactivated our HubSpot account, having previously used the platform and already familiar with its basic functionality. During the onboarding process, we were hoping to explore more advanced technical features. However, many of the technical questions we had were not fully addressed, and we were frequently directed to HubSpot support for assistance. This led to frustration as it extended the time needed to get answers and limited the value of the onboarding sessions. We ended up spending more time independently researching solutions than we had anticipated.
