Very glitchy, but works
It is good to have a system you can call from within your CRM, it is also god for adding call recordings on your notes. It is however very glitchy when first logging in and calling is not intuitive, I usually have to log in twice for it to work, sometimes more.
I am a sales BDM and use CL to call leads and prospects.
Dialler within CRM
The time it takes to log in and iron out the bugs you could have dialled manually.
