Knowledgeable, Patient and Fun

Working with the Antenna team to get HubSpot up and running for RingBoost was extremely easy and enjoyable (something I never thought I'd say about marketing automation implementation!) We were bringing on three crucial pieces for our business - Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub -moving away from Salesforce, Pardot, and Zendesk. Due to timing challenges created by the pandemic, we started our implementation a month behind schedule - yet still launched a week ahead of schedule. The Antenna team, and especially Lee Moskowitz, were dedicated, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did they guide us on how to bring our company under this single platform, but they helped us improve and streamline our processes to ease how our company communicates internally. Lee was so patient with and responsive to our ongoing questions during setup, testing, and post-launch and our team was humming back at normal pace in no time. What could have been a stressful time went very smoothly!
