From the very beginning, the Catalyst team took the time to understand our business, ultimately providing us with a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to launch our 3 business divisions. I believe their process and ongoing support has set us up for long-term success. Having never used HubSpot before, we were initially unsure about how to maximise its potential, but Catalyst made the entire process seamless. Beyond just the technical setup, Catalyst continue to proactively manage and optimise our HubSpot portal, ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Their experience and hands-on support has helped us elevate our marketing efforts and drive better results. If you're looking for a trusted HubSpot partner who can not only implement the platform, but help you make the most of it, we couldn't recommend Catalyst Marketing Agency enough!

Extremely expensive with no results

I'm conscious I am the one bucking the 5-star trend here, and this is probably my first 1-star review it is certainly not something I make a habit of doing. We dealt with Morgan who was perfectly pleasant and this review is no reflection on him. It quickly became clear that the onboarding was going to be a waste of time as we effectively already knew all that was being brought up. We therefore agreed to allocate the time to working on HubSpot integration using Zapier and Mailphazer... and that's about as far as we got. Two accounts on these platforms (one of which we'd already set up previously) and some generic information synched up, none of which required any level of expertise. So why the one-star? This cost us £xxxx's and when all is said and done, we are absolutely no better off. My advice, if you already have a reasonable grasp on how HubSpot works, do not waste your money on onboarding. You will just be going over material you already up-to-speed with.

Catalyst review

Our partnership with Catalyst has resulted in a complete overhaul and improvement of our existing HubSpot account, refining our processes and establishing various deliverables. Catalyst also provided support during the HubSpot onboarding process, and have been on hand for follow-up actions and assistance. They created our fabulous award-winning website and have helped us to keep this current, as well as supporting us with content creation. Essentially, they are an extension of our marketing team. A great team and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

I have enjoyed working closely with Morgan over the past few months and continue to do so. We had a great experience on-boarding with Morgan, who was always happy to help and get to the bottom of any questions we had. We feel confident moving forward with HubSpot now we've completed our on-boarding and have a good understanding of the platform's capabilities.

Top Class Implementation and Support

We worked with Catalyst and Morgan for our HubSpot onboarding and implementation for our Sales and Marketing teams. Throughout this process Morgan offered top line support both via meetings and over emails, we were never long waiting for a response and he was always free to have a meeting on short notice. For the majority of us it was the first time using HubSpot, but Morgan broke down seemingly daunting tasks into manageable feats, and provided us with advise and bespoke support tailored to our needs as opposed to a standard off the shelf service. Would recommend to anybody looking for support or onboarding with HubSpot.

In depth HubSpot Marketing Hub onboarding tailored to my needs

I met Doug and Morgan as IT Backbone partnered with them to implement HubSpot's Marketing Hub. They were really personable and knowledgeable right from the start, which helped me to want to learn as much as I could about Marketing Hub as I could. My onboarding sessions were with Morgan, and he was both really and flexible with our sessions. Morgan was clear from the start in letting me know that I could decide where our sessions went, or if I'd prefer, he could come up with a high level plan for what to cover. Our onboarding sessions were always super useful and actionable, and I would recommend Catalyst without hesitation.
