Smooth transition and implementation from old CRM + integration to our accounting system

It was a great experience. Cloudify helped us step by step. First defining our current and future needs for using HubSpot. Carefully mapping out all the processes, both in our sales and marketing department and end to end. Then taking our current tech stack into consideration and identifying where and how we could benefit by integrating that into HubSpot. We were using Solve360 as our old CRM system. Migration to HubSpot went smooth and we got all relevant data over into HubSpot. The whole HubSpot implementation took less than 3 weeks. Integrating our accounting system into HubSpot gives us a complete overview of our customers and enables us to make both better business decisions and better customer service. ERP automation and workflow

Cloudify assisted with workflow, automation and simplifing our HubSpot workflow integration to our ERP system. We can now keep all customer handling and communication inside HubSpot CRM, without jumping to our ERP to create order confirmations, drafting invoices and finally book the invoice - all from the HubSpot Deal. It secures that all activities through our pipeline, deals and customer communication is inside HubSpot CRM. A workfolw that is smooth and easy to use for all our employees working with customers.
