Collectivity is a worker cooperative providing organizational & technology consulting services exclusively to nonprofits & social impact businesses, helping them improve their mission delivery. This includes strategy & organizational development, planning, and implementation. We focus on people first, process 2nd, & technology 3rd. Every engagement begins with a needs assessment, which allows us to capture current & desired future states. We move on to implementation, which often includes reworking & adding processes, & adding and/or enhancing technology systems (hence HubSpot!) In this final critical step, integration is often a key to optimizing utilization of tools and increasing adoption among team members across an organization. We've met excellent success due to our expertise in managing migrations and complex integrations.
