Revolutionized our small team!

Working with ElectricSage was not only easy, but fun, energizing, and an incredibly professionalizing learning experience for my team and I. Previous to working with Dan and his team, we had no functioning database, and bunch of systems and structures that existed in 1 million google docs and spreadsheets. We were "technical" novices. Additionally, as a small team of a small non-profit of former educators, we were new to thinking strategically about our goals and how sales, marketing, and customer success can work hand in hand to build fiscal and programmatic sustainability. Dan held space for all of our questions. As a former educator himself years ago, he understood how to patiently scaffold, meet us in our zone of proximal development, and push us to grow. 90 days later, we not only had a functional database we were talking the talk and walking the walk. Additionally, Dan provided us with incredible resources for when it was time to take of the training wheels and fly. One month after working with Dan I can proudly say nothing has "broken" and our team is integrated in the database each and everyday.
