More than a Vendor

We hired Eternal Works last year to help us with two things: Overflow work and our own marketing. My firm, Connect Marketing, is a also a HubSpot agency. But we were shorthanded and needed an expert partner to help. I asked our HubSpot support resource and he gave us only one name: Eternal Works. We worked primarily with Tim and Ashlie Jones (they own the agency). The work they did for us was exceptional. We had 4 clients they filled in on, and our clients were all thrilled. They understand marketing in general, and HubSpot specifically at a deep level. They dig in and get the job done without exception. Never any excuses. They also helped Connect Marketing ramp up our own marketing efforts.That gave me a different view into how they worked, and I was not disappointed. On another level, Tim and Ashlie are wonderful human beings. Smart, kind, empathetic -- just good folks. If you are considering Eternal Works -- do it. You won't regret it.

Not communicative, not flexible, and horrible to work with. I will never use them and advise companies against using them if they want good customer service and support.
